How do I get a quotation?

Add the items you need to your quote list as you browse, then submit it from the quote page with your project details. We come back with a priced quotation, normally within 24 hours on working days. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

Do your prices include VAT?

Prices shown on the site exclude VAT unless clearly stated. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate on your invoice.

Can I buy if I'm not in the trade?

Yes. We serve both trade customers and DIY or self-build customers, and everyone gets the same straightforward pricing.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is priced by postcode zone. Use the postcode checker on the delivery page to see the charge, the minimum order value and the typical lead time for your area. Some zones qualify for free delivery above a spend threshold.

Can I collect my order instead?

Accepted Answer

Yes — choose collection at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready. Please collect within seven days of being notified unless we've agreed something else.

What if something arrives damaged or is missing?

Check your goods on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is short, damaged or incorrect. We'll arrange a replacement or a credit.

Question 7

Can I return items I don't need?

Accepted Answer

Unused, undamaged stock items can usually be returned within 14 days. Bespoke, cut, mixed or special-order items can't be returned unless they're faulty.

How do I pay?

Unless you have an approved credit arrangement with us, payment is due in full before goods are delivered or collected. Give us a call and we'll take payment over the phone or arrange a bank transfer.

Do you hire out tools and plant?

Yes. Our hire page lists the fleet and current rates. Hire equipment stays our property and the hirer is responsible for safe use, loss, theft and damage while it's out.

Is stock shown on the site accurate?

Accepted Answer

Stock badges on each product reflect the latest figures in our system. For large quantities it's always worth confirming with us before you plan your programme.
