1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern the supply of goods and services by 6H Buyers Ltd ("we", "us"). By placing an order or accepting a quotation you agree to them.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, and are based on the quantities and specifications supplied to us.

Where a product is priced on application, the price is confirmed in writing before the order is accepted.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order placed through this website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm the order and, where relevant, confirm stock availability.

We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or delivery to the requested address is not practical.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices shown exclude VAT unless clearly stated. VAT is applied at the prevailing UK rate on your invoice.

Prices for building materials can move quickly. Where the price of an unshipped order changes materially, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Payment

We accept card payments securely online through Stripe. Payment is taken at checkout before goods are delivered or collected.

Invoices and receipts are emailed once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Delivery and collection

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and check the goods.

Deliveries are made to the nearest safe hard-standing point. Our drivers cannot enter properties or carry goods over unsuitable ground.

Collection orders should be collected within 7 days of notification unless agreed otherwise.

7. Shortages and damage

Please check goods on arrival. Shortages, damage or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or collection so we can put things right.

8. Returns

Unused, undamaged stock items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. A restocking charge may apply to bulk or special-order items.

Cut, mixed, bespoke or special-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.

9. Tool hire

Hired equipment remains our property and must be returned in the condition supplied, fair wear and tear excepted. The hirer is responsible for safe use, loss, theft and damage during the hire period.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contract or other indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
